25 Cubaris Marina "Glacier"

25+ Cubaris Marina "glacier" isopods.

A modest-sized (approximately 1/2" / 1 cm) isodpod with a gray to striking white color.

They are a classic "roly poly"; they roll up when disturbed.

They are mild mannered and can live along side just about anything as long as the conditions are proper.

In a decorative isopod setup, they do very well with other Cubaris and the Armadilidium species.

Care

Cubaris generally need fairly humid conditions; ideally 70% - 90%, with tempuratures between 70 - 85 degrees F. Like all isopods, direct sunlight is harmful or fatal to them.

They ideally live in a pourous/fluffy substrate that is not at all compacted. Substrate should a mix of something like coconut fiber/coconut chips (Pro Coco is an example), bark chips, leaves, leaf litter/compost, bits of rotting wood.
